Commission: 15% to 25% of Project Budget

Description:

As a Remote Sales Specialist at Mensch, you will be the bridge that connects businesses to our world of digital innovation. Your role is not just about selling services; it’s about understanding needs, crafting solutions, and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify Opportunities: Seek and identify potential clients who can benefit from our web development services.
  • Build Relationships: Engage with clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
  • Close Deals: Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a win-win situation for both the client and Mensch.
  • Maintain Connections: Provide ongoing support and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction. As long as the client is with us, you will receive commission.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in web development or related fields.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with web development concepts and the digital landscape.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Integrity: Alignment with Mensch’s values of integrity, decency, and responsibility.
