MENSCH is a business brand. Obligations toward the user are assumed by the legal entity listed as the provider of a specific service or as the contracting party. This brand name does not replace the company's registered business name.

Registration data serves reliable identification of the company. The bank account for a specific payment, currency, and payee are stated on the relevant offer or invoice. A visitor should not infer who the contracting party is based solely on the logo, domain, or email address.
2. Activities and scope of presentation
The site presents MENSCH's digital, creative, and related business services. The exact subject of engagement, deliverables, price, timeline, usage rights, and liability are governed by the specific offer and contract. Display of a service on the site alone does not prove possession of a licence for a regulated activity. If there is no such activity, this field and the accompanying conditional text are removed after legal review. MenschOS is the name of a product or environment covered by separate notices. The name alone does not denote a separate legal entity, nor does it determine who owns all components or acts as controller for all data.
3. Separation of the Serbian company and any US company
Services provided by Mensch doo are distinct from services that may be provided by a separate entity incorporated in the United States. The identity of the US entity, state of incorporation, and its role are published only if it participates in a specific offer, service, or data processing. That entry must include the full legal name, state of incorporation, registration number, business address, contact, and description of the service for which the entity is responsible. If the US entity does not participate in services on this site, the section with its business data is not published. A change in the entity that issues the invoice or becomes the contracting party is not carried out by updating this page alone. It follows contract rules and applicable law, with required notice and consent where necessary. Liability of related parties is assessed by their actual role and by law; a shared brand alone does not create joint liability.
4. Prices and offers
When a price is published, currency, tax treatment, and known additional costs are stated alongside it. If price depends on project scope, the user is informed of the calculation or method before contracting. Mandatory consumer rules on total price and prior information also apply where relevant. Sending an inquiry starts communication. An inquiry alone does not mean acceptance of a paid service, subscription, or marketing messages.
5. Accuracy and changes to data
To verify the identity of the contracting party or report inaccurate data, contact hi@mensch.rs. If the site, offer, and invoice disagree, clarify before concluding the deal or making payment. A change in business data does not reduce rights already acquired by the user.
