Copyright & intellectual property
Version: 1.0 for review
Date of preparation and research: 11 October 2026.
Purpose: Site text after review and approval
1. Subject of protection
The site and services may publish texts, illustrations, photographs, video and audio materials, graphic solutions, software, databases, and other content. Rights to them are determined according to type of content, authorship, contracts, licences, and law.
The rights holder may be Mensch doo, another clearly identified company, the author, the client, or a third party. Display of work in a portfolio does not mean MENSCH owns all rights to the displayed material. Rights holder for elements of MENSCH and MenschOS identity: Mensch doo, osim gde je drugačije naznačeno.
Use of a name or logo on the site alone does not confirm trademark registration. A registered trademark mark is used only when the corresponding right is verified and the mark is appropriate for the specific territory.
2. What a visitor may use
You may view public content and use site functions for the purposes for which they are intended. You may keep legal information and documentation you need for records of the contractual relationship or exercising rights. For commercial download, public publication, adaptation, distribution, or use of material in another product, appropriate permission is required, except when use is permitted by law or an existing licence. Permitted quotation and other statutory exceptions are not abolished by this notice. Where required, author and source must be stated. Removing author, licence, or rights holder marking may constitute infringement. The right to access content is not the same as the right to further exploit it.
3. Rights to contracted deliverables
The scope of the client's rights is governed by the specific contract. It should distinguish the final deliverable, working and source files, pre-existing components, MENSCH tools, third-party components, and material supplied by the client. For transfer or assignment of rights, permitted uses, exclusivity, territory, duration, possibility of adaptation, sublicensing and further transfer, and agreed payment condition are material. Payment of a fee does not in every situation automatically mean acquisition of all rights, source code, or third-party licences. At the same time, this notice cannot diminish rights the client already has under law or contract. Moral rights of the author and other non-transferable rights are not treated as company property merely because the company ordered or financed the work.
4. Client materials and portfolio
The client should secure rights and permissions needed for contracted use of materials they supply. Their liability is assessed according to actual contribution and contract; they are not assumed responsible for every act of the service provider. Publishing a project as a reference requires verification of contractual rights, confidentiality, personal data, and third-party rights. Completion of the project alone does not constitute general consent to display employee names, internal screens, business results, or confidential content.
5. Software, open source, and other licensed elements
MenschOS or a project deliverable may contain components whose terms differ from those for the rest of the product. If such components are included, relevant notices and licences are available at: u isporuci projekta ili dokumentaciji proizvoda.
Licences for fonts, photographs, music, add-ons, and software libraries may limit number of users, environments, or permitted uses. Applicable terms must be presented to the necessary extent. A general copyright notice does not abolish rights the user has under an open source licence, including the obligation to make source code available when it exists.
The right to access MenschOS does not imply transfer of ownership of the entire platform. Rights over data, legal protection of content, and export rights are governed separately and are not reduced to the imprecise term "ownership of data".
6. Content created with AI
When AI is used in production, protection and permitted use of results depend on human contribution, materials used, tool terms, and applicable law. It is not assumed that every result is protected by copyright, unique, or free of third-party rights. General permission to access the site does not grant a special licence to collect protected content for model training, outside rights that exist under law or special permission. This provision does not exclude applicable statutory exceptions.
7. Reporting infringement
Send a report to hi@mensch.rs, with the subject line "Rights infringement report". State the content and its URL, the right you believe is infringed, data explaining your authority, and how we can respond. Do not send more personal data than necessary. Consideration of a report does not constitute automatic admission of infringement. Additional explanations and proportionate temporary measures may be needed. This procedure does not limit recourse to a court or other competent authority. This is a general channel for reports. It is not a claim that a DMCA agent is registered in the USA or that conditions for a special liability limitation regime are met.
